About This Workshop

Animal cuddles and a pizza party—does it get any better?! Bring your favorite child and spend a fun, hands-on day at Faithful Friends Farm. You’ll learn how to hand-milk a cow, make fresh mozzarella from farm-fresh milk, and then use the cheese you made to create homemade pizzas for lunch. We’ll also visit and spend time with the animals along the way.

Workshops are one of our favorite things we do—and they also help support the farm through the “off” season by covering animal feed and other winter expenses. Thank you for being part of that.

What We’ll Do

• Hand-milk a cow (hands-on learning)
• Make fresh mozzarella cheese from farm-fresh milk
• Make pizza dough (hands-on)
• Build and bake your own pizza for lunch
• Visit and cuddle the farm animals (including baby goats when available)

Ages

Recommended for ages 5–12 (guardian discretion).
If you’d like to bring a younger child or have an exception in mind, just text Connie first.

Food

• Lunch is included (pizza party using the cheese we make!)
