DESCRIPTION:Winter Wellness on the Farm – Clean Living Workshop\n\n\n\nThese workshops have been so much fun to teach\, I’m so happy we are doing these.\n\n \n\n\nOur friend Wendy Massey RN\, holistic nutrition specialist and author will be joining us to teach on the subject of “Clean Living”. We will start the class by learning how to milk a cow. We will then learn an easy method to make mozzarella cheese at home with simple tools. We will then learn how to make a “clean” deep-dish pizza and “clean” brownies for lunch. We will be using the mozzarella we make on the pizza we make for lunch! Wendy will also teach on the subject of clean living and what that really means. We will finish the day off with visiting the animals. This will be a very informative class that will help direct you to a cleaner and healthier lifestyle. To help and understand this subject I encourage you to check out Wendy Sue Massey’s group Simplify Clean Eating. That way you can see if this is for you. You will also get a hard copy of Wendy’s book to take home with you!\n\n\n\n\nEach one of these classes is a wealth of knowledge and a really cool experience. So get some friends together and make some plans. Each class is $75 per person which is due at signup. We take Venmo or PayPal or you can sign up in person at the farm.
