DESCRIPTION:Milling Wheat Berries Workshop\nWe are now signing people up for our February 1st\, 2025\, workshop! This is a hands-on workshop. 😊 \n👩‍🌾 It will be held at Faithful Friends Farm on February 1st from 10 until 2 pm. Please allow a little extra time\, it sometimes runs over (but I’m not expecting it to this time). \n🌾 We will start the class by milling wheat berries into fresh flour. You’ll get to see the process up close and learn what makes fresh-milled flour so different from store-bought. \n🥖 Next\, we’ll learn how to bake healthier products using the flour we just milled. We’ll go over tips for using fresh-milled flour successfully\, plus how it changes flavor\, texture\, and nutrition. \n💛 We will also talk about the benefits of adding fresh-milled flour to our diets and why so many people notice a difference when they switch. \n🍽️ Then we will have lunch. During lunch\, we’ll have Q & A and discuss whatever you all would like to talk about. \n👥 It’s always a super fun and informative day. We always make new friends\, and you’ll go home having learned something you can actually use.
