What is a CSA / Farm Share?

CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. Traditionally, customers pay ahead to support the farm during seasons when upfront costs are high. Your purchase helps fund essentials like feed, packaging, and farm materials, and in return you receive a curated bundle of farm products.

This February share is a one-time CSA-style bundle (not a 6-month subscription), created to offer an incredible value and variety in a single pickup.

  • 2 × 2-ct leg quarters

  • 1 × porterhouse

  • 2 × 4-ct short ribs

  • 1 × chuck steak

  • 1 × T-bone

  • 4 × eye round steaks

  • 1 × sirloin tip steak

  • 1 × rib steak

  • 2 × 4-ct drumsticks
